5-TAMRA-Gemcitabine

5-TAMRA modified gemcitabine(5-TAMRA-Gemcitabine) is a fluorescent labeled chemotherapy drug molecular probe that can be used for real-time tracking of drug uptake, distribution, and metabolism in cells. It has important application value in tumor pharmacology research and targeted delivery system evaluation. This probe retains the basic pharmacological activity structure of gemcitabine, while introducing TAMRA fluorescent group at the site of 5 with an emission wavelength of about 580 nm. It can be directly detected in fluorescence microscopy or flow cytometry, achieving visualization and quantitative analysis of drug behavior.
